Fee Standards and Management Measures of the Ethnic Sports Association's Pickleball Committee
Chapter 1: Fee Collection Standards
Article 1: In order to strengthen and regulate the income and expenditure management of the fees of the Ethnic Sports Association's Pickleball Committee (referred to as the "Committee"), ensure the normal operation of the Committee, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of members, these measures are formulated in accordance with relevant national laws, regulations, and association articles.
Article 2: Membership fees are divided into group membership fees and individual membership fees. Members should pay the fees on time according to these measures.
Article 3: Standards for Group Membership Fees (1) Regular Unit Members: ¥1000 per year (2) Deputy Secretary-General Unit Members: ¥1500 per year (3) Deputy Chairman Unit Members: ¥2000 per year
Article 4: Standards for Individual Membership Fees (1) Regular Individual Members: ¥300 per year (2) VIP Individual Members: ¥1000 per year
Article 5: The fees are used for various expenses of the association, including: (1) Daily operating expenses (2) Funds for the purchase and maintenance of fixed assets (3) Remuneration for experts and temporary staff (4) Special funds for activities of professional committees, offices, and entities (5) Expenses for domestic and international exchanges, conferences, etc. (6) Printing costs for various materials, documents, publications, and exchange materials (7) Coordination of internal and external relations, establishment of member service platforms, provision of technical assistance, etc. (8) Industry publicity, member commendation, rewards, protection of member rights, etc. (9) Editing and publishing association publications, establishment of association information service systems (10) Party and youth league activities, necessary social welfare activities, etc. (11) Reception expenses (12) Other necessary expenses
Chapter 2: Fee Collection Regulations
Article 6: Fee Collection Regulations (1) Annual membership fees should be paid by June 30 each year, and new members should pay the current year's fees within one month of joining. (2) The fees of individual members of member units shall be collected uniformly by the unit. (3) Members unable to pay fees on time due to special circumstances should submit a written application to the Association Secretariat, subject to approval by the Executive Council. (4) Members who fail to pay fees for more than 6 months will receive a written reminder from the association. Members who fail to pay fees on time for one year will be deemed to have automatically withdrawn and will have their membership revoked.
Article 7: Fee Management and Utilization (1) The management and utilization of fees must comply with national laws, regulations, financial systems, strengthen management, practice thriftiness, and be subject to supervision by the competent authorities and financial departments. (2) The management of fees is specifically responsible for the association secretariat, using an electronic ticket management system as specified, equipped with full-time financial personnel, and implementing various financial management systems. (3) The expenditure of fees adheres to the principle of "taken from members, used for members." It is used for the business content stipulated in the association articles and public welfare activities beneficial to members, and must not be withheld, embezzled, or misappropriated in any form.
Article 8: Fee Supervision (1) The income and expenditure of fees must be supervised by the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors, and members. Reports on fee income and expenditure should be submitted to the Board of Directors annually and to the member representative assembly each term. (2) The association should hire a qualified accounting firm for financial audits, strictly follow the audit procedures, and issue audit reports in accordance with the requirements of the format of financial audit reports for non-governmental organizations.
Chapter 3: Rights and Obligations of Members
Article 9: Conditions for Joining the Association (1) Support the articles of the association (2) Have the intention to join the association (3) Have a certain influence in the industry
Article 10: Membership Application Procedure (1) Submit the application registration form for joining the association (2) Approved by the Executive Committee (3) The member is issued a membership card upon approval
Article 11: Rights of Members (1) Attend the member (representative) assembly, participate in association activities, and receive services provided by the association (2) Right to vote, the right to be elected, and the right to vote (3) The right to propose, suggest, and supervise the work of the association (4) Enjoy membership discounts for other charges such as training, events, etc. (5) Voluntary membership, free withdrawal
Article 12: Obligations of Members (1) Abide by the articles of the association (2) Implement the resolutions of the association (3) Pay membership fees as required (4) Safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the association (5) Complete the work assigned by the association (6) Report situations to the association and provide relevant information
Article 13: Membership Withdrawal Members who wish to withdraw from the association should notify the association in writing and return their membership card. Members who do not pay fees or participate in association activities for one year are considered to have withdrawn automatically.
Article 14: Disciplinary Measures Members who fail to comply with the association articles will be criticized and educated by the association. Members who violate laws, regulations, industry conventions, or seriously violate these articles, subject to a vote by the Executive Committee, will be subject to disciplinary action.
These measures are interpreted by the Executive Committee of the Committee and take effect from the date of approval by the member representative assembly.
