1. Qualifications:
   Eligible participants must be badminton enthusiasts aged 16 or above. Athletes competing with valid identification documents are solely responsible for any losses arising from inconsistent or fraudulent participation information. Additionally, all participating athletes must possess good physical health, excluding those with conditions such as heart disease or hypertension that are not conducive to playing badminton. Upon registration, each team member must submit a voluntary participation responsibility letter to the organizing committee.

2. Competition Format:
   The competition is structured into two distinct stages. The first stage consists of a round-robin competition using a serving score system. Matches are decided by reaching 11 points, and in the event of a tie at 10:10, the first team to achieve a 2-point difference wins. The top two teams from each group advance to the second stage, a knockout format also employing a serving score system. Matches in this stage are decided by 15 points, and in the event of a tie at 14:14, the first team to secure a 2-point lead wins. The championship and runner-up finals adopt a three-game, two-win format, with each game decided by 11 points. In case of a tie at 10:10, the team with a net advantage of 2 points prevails.

For the round-robin stage of the group phase, points are awarded as follows: winning teams receive 3 points, losing teams receive 1 point, and incomplete or defaulted games result in 0 points. The final ranking is determined based on the total points accumulated by each team. In cases where two teams have an equal number of points, the ranking is decided by their head-to-head results. If three or more teams have the same number of wins, the ranking is determined in the following order:
    1. based on the total net number of wins for the relevant teams.

2. Competition Points Calculation:
   In the round-robin stage, points are allocated as follows: winning teams accumulate 3 points, losing teams 1 point, and incomplete or defaulted games result in 0 points. If two teams finish with an equal number of points, the ranking will be determined by their head-to-head results. If three or more teams have the same number of wins, the ranking will be further determined as follows: ② based on the total net score of the relevant teams; ③ In the case of a continued tie, the ranking will be decided through a lottery system.

3. Withdrawal Policy:
   (1) If a player withdraws due to injury or illness before the competition, they will be credited with 0 matches, and their opponent will be declared the winner. If a player withdraws due to injury during the game, any completed matches will remain valid, and the opponent will be declared the winner.
   (2) Participants who fail to register within the specified time or fail to participate in the competition as per regulations will be deemed to have forfeited their participation without reason. Players who fail to arrive within 10 minutes of being notified to participate in the competition will also be considered to have forfeited without reason. Any results obtained by such participants will be declared invalid.

4. Additional Clarifications:
   (1) The group round-robin tournament will adopt a trust system, while the knockout tournament will employ a single referee system.
   (2) The supervision of this tournament will be conducted by the China Tennis Association.
   (3) The competition is expected to span a single day. Participants must sign in according to the time announced in the schedule book prior to the start of the competition. Matches will commence immediately after the conclusion of the previous match, and any player who fails to arrive within 10 minutes of the previous match's conclusion will be deemed to have forfeited. The specific competition schedule will be posted on the competition venue's announcement board.
   (4) The organizers of this competition will provide a uniform selection of PEAK rackets for athletes to choose from and use. Participants are also welcome to bring their own PEAK rackets that comply with the regulations of the Chinese PEAK Sports Competition Rules.
   (5) To ensure the smooth conduct of the competition, in exceptional circumstances, with the approval of the organizing committee, the presiding judge has the authority to modify the competition format as necessary.
